One Foundation RealtyCompletedCustom Websites

Giving a new real estate brokerage a professional digital home.

Linda Castellano was launching One Foundation Realty and needed a modern website that represented the new brokerage professionally without making routine updates feel intimidating. Greykhat built the site from the ground up, created a clear experience across phones, tablets, and computers, and taught Linda how to manage content and add pages confidently.

QuilletIn developmentCustom Software

Turning a fragmented blogging process into one reviewed desktop workflow.

Quillet is a Greykhat product in development for solo professionals and small teams who know they should publish consistently but do not want to work across prompts, documents, image tools, and WordPress admin. The current Windows application brings planning, manual or AI-assisted drafting, editing, image handling, approval gates, scheduling, and WordPress publishing into one local-first workspace.

BeforeFragmented publishingIdeas, drafts, images, and WordPress work split across tools
AfterOne reviewed workflowPlan, draft, approve, schedule, and publish in one application
BeforeCloud-dependent toolsContent and configuration held inside subscription services
AfterLocal-first workspaceDrafts, images, and brand settings stay on the user’s computer
PROJECT STATUSIN DEVELOPMENT

How the publishing workflow works

Plan the work. Review the details. Publish deliberately.

Automation reduces the repetitive parts of publishing while the writer keeps control of the copy, image, schedule, and final WordPress action.

01Plan the monthOrganize topics around quiet weeks and publishing goals
02Draft and refineWrite manually or generate a first pass, then edit in one workspace
03Approve and publishReview copy and imagery before scheduling or sending to WordPress

Representative decisions

  • Built a Windows desktop application around a local Next.js workspace instead of requiring a hosted Quillet account
  • Stored drafts, images, and brand configuration on the user’s computer while encrypting OpenAI and WordPress credentials at rest
  • Separated saving from approval so edits to previously approved copy or imagery require a fresh review before publishing
  • Created nine industry packs while keeping each customer’s business, service area, voice guidance, and publishing settings configurable
  • Connected directly to the WordPress REST API for media, categories, tags, posts, scheduling, and live-post management while preserving the local draft when publishing fails

Current status

The working product now covers onboarding, monthly content planning, manual or AI-assisted drafting, rich-text editing, image handling, explicit approval, and WordPress publishing and post management. Quillet remains pre-launch while the product-name transition, Windows installer, clean-machine testing, and commercial release gates are finalized.

The dashboard turns publishing status into a visible queue instead of leaving work scattered across separate tools.

The monthly planner makes quiet weeks visible and provides a direct path from a topic idea to a working draft.

Writers can begin manually or with an AI-assisted first pass, then review the post structure and live preview in the same workspace.

Greykhat 2026In progressCustom Websites

Rebuilding Greykhat’s website to turn interest into action.

Greykhat’s previous website mixed audiences, hid key services, contained broken links, and relied on one fragile automation for every inquiry. The redesigned system clarifies the offer, records leads before attempting notifications, and gives the owner operational visibility.

PROJECT / GREYKHAT 2026IN PROGRESS
BeforeMixed messageResidential, business, and automation competing
AfterOne promiseTechnology that helps small businesses run better
BeforeFragile formsOne webhook with no durable fallback
AfterRecorded firstLead history survives notification failure
PROJECT STATUSIN PROGRESS

How the inquiry path works

Recorded first. Notifications second.

A notification problem should never become a lost prospect. The site confirms durable storage before any email automation is attempted.

01Visitor submitsValidated inquiry details
02Lead is storedDurable history in the admin workspace
03Notification firesDelivery status stays visible

Representative decisions

  • Clarified the business-first promise without removing residential support
  • Created distinct paths for IT, security, automation, software, websites, and home support
  • Replaced webhook-only lead capture with stored records and visible notification status
  • Added protected lead management, content controls, analytics consent, and search tools

Current result

The public site now gives visitors clearer service paths while the lead system preserves inquiry history before attempting downstream notifications. The broader redesign remains in progress, and its status is shown that way.
