Greykhat offers several ways to receive Business IT support depending on the urgency, scope, and ongoing needs of the business.
For troubleshooting, technical assistance, and smaller requests that do not require a larger project or support agreement.
Two-hour minimum applies.For defined needs such as equipment deployments, network improvements, cloud configuration, backup implementation, migrations, or other planned technology changes.
Projects are scoped around the specific requirements and may be combined with hourly or ongoing support.For businesses that need consistent access to IT support, proactive maintenance, technology guidance, or management of defined systems.
Managed support is provided through an MSP service agreement, typically with a 12-month commitment. The exact services—including whether backup configuration and monitoring are included—are defined in the agreement.Premium after-hours and emergency assistance is available when an issue cannot reasonably wait for standard support availability.
Premium rates and a two-hour minimum apply. Availability may depend on the client’s service agreement and the nature of the request.Most Business IT issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely. This usually provides a faster and more efficient path to support without waiting for an onsite appointment.
When physical access, installation, infrastructure work, or in-person troubleshooting is necessary, onsite service is available by appointment for small-business customers throughout Riverside County, including incorporated cities and unincorporated communities.
Onsite appointments carry a two-hour minimum charge.
